Sometimes we don’t get it origin, where it came from, so treating it efficiently is all the more difficult !
Cellulite is in fact the result of a poor circulation of the blood, water and lymph in the body, which accumulate in the form of fat cell clusters in the tissues, mainly at the level of the hips and bum. But the whole body is actually touched by this noncirculation of liquids.
It is for this reason that sport remains the best natural ally to fight cellulite, as it stimulates the circulation of liquids, their detoxification and regeneration.
Oils and creams can be a small complement that helps, but mainly, everything is played inside our body .
But then what’s my discovery?
The magic activity that will help you dissolve your fat piles is the YOGA !For me at least, it was radical, I was holding water in my legs, and I wasn’t able despite my hours of bodybuilding andrunning to eliminate it! It would despair me !
When I recently started integrating Yoga into my sport practices, cellulite completely disappeared. Obviously, each organism is different, thus the results produced are variable from person to person. : ) But I remain convinced of its effectiveness for all!

Why is Yoga so effective?
1.Energy circulation through movement and stretching
The vocation of Yoga is to stimulate the flow and to circulate the energy in the body, to awaken it, to put it in motion. Through postures that allow stretching of muscles and nerves.
2. Energy Circulation by Breath
The mastery of different bellows in Yoga promotes the oxygenation of cells, oxygenated cells are cells that function to their full potential and do not fill with fat, regenerate with ease and participate in a good production of collagen, elasticity and long-term overall health 🙂 .
PS: Remember to drink at least 2 liters of water per day! Water is life is therefore beauty 😉
