How to improve my breakfast, avoiding sugar: My favorite recipe

How to replace it and re balance our breakfast time ? 🙂

As a french girl I see how hard it is to avoid slow burning carbs and f

ast sugar during breakfast time especially outdoor! We are used to begin our day by sweet and fat food such as « croissants », bread, jam, butter …. Starting in the morning with slow sugars is anchored in a deep tradition and when it is not bread, frequently we turn to cereals.

Here I’d like to introduce you a small alternative creation, a variant to the cereal breakfast to go towards something more fruity and vitaminized that will not tire your organism too much because its assimilation is easier! : ) Personnally I feel lighter, an more energic using such diet, that’s why I wished to share this simple recipe with you guys 🙂

Porridge of banana fruits and dried figs!

This recipe contains dried fruit and fresh fruit that will allow you to fill up with energy for the day 😀

Ingredients for 1 large bowl: 😀

A banana ( cut into rounds )
A handful of whole hazelnuts
One or two dried figs
Vegetable/animal milk of your choice:)
Roasted almonds
a pinch of chia seeds

This recipe can be made hot or cold! It is very complete and nourishing, the variants are numerous, you can for example replace the hazelnuts with almonds, Brazil nuts… according to your taste! : )

The advantage here is that all the ingredients are « alive » and not refined, they are fresh, and therefore contain more nutrients to start the day well!

So what do you think of this little recipe?

A très bientôt !
